Giddy’s Gourmet Cookies are crafted with organic ingredients, like grass-fed butter, pasture-raised eggs, and organic cane sugar—free from artificial sweeteners, seed oils, and GMOs. Every cookie is made fresh in small batches, blending wholesome, clean ingredients with unique, bold flavors you won’t find anywhere else.
Where are you located?
We are located in Wesley Chapel, Florida, and serve through local pickup and delivery.
Do you ship your cookies?
Currently, we do not ship. Our cookies are available for local pickup or delivery to ensure they arrive fresh and delicious.
How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through our website. Select your favorite cookies, choose your preferred pack size, and opt for either pickup or delivery at checkout.
Pickup & Delivery FAQs
How does pickup work?
Choose a date and time that works best for you at checkout. Once your order is ready, we'll send you a confirmation email or text with the details, including our location. Simply arrive at your chosen time, bring your confirmation, and grab your freshly baked cookies!
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. Just like with pickup, you will select your preferred delivery date and time during checkout. We'll confirm your details and ensure your cookies arrive fresh and delicious right to your doorstep.
What areas do you deliver to?
We delivery anywhere within a 15 mile radius of our Wesley Chapel location.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is free within 5 miles of our Wesley Chapel location, and costs $5 if delivery is between 5 and 10 miles. It will tell you at checkout if your address is within this radius.
What if I miss my pickup or delivery?
For missed pickups, we will hold your order for up to 24 hours. For deliveries, we'll attempt to contact you to reschedule on the same day.
Can I change my pickup or delivery time?
If you need to make changes, please try to contact us at least 12 hours before your scheduled time so we can adjust your order.

How should I store my cookies?
Our cookies are great chilled, but you can store most of our cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, except for our cheesecake cookies, which must stay refrigerated. You may also keep them in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Do you do catering orders?
Absolutely! We're happy to accommodate large orders for events, parties, or gifts. Please contact us directly through our contact page for bulk pricing and custom orders.
Can I request a custom flavor?
Of course, we love experimenting! For larger orders, we may be able to accommodate custom flavor requests. Contact us to discuss your idea.
Do you offer gluten-free cookies?
Not at this time, but we are working on expanding our menu to include gluten-free options in the future.
Do you use refined sugar?
No, our cookies are sweetened with only organic cane sugar.
Payment & Refund FAQs
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards through our website, as well as PayPal, and cash, which can be selected at checkout as "Money Order". Just make sure you bring your cash to the pickup or delivery location.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes, orders can be canceled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible to make changes.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not. However, if there is an issue with your order, please let us know and we'll do our best to make it right.
